I want to return my item.

 

Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or to received store credit within 60 days of original delivery. Kindly contact our Customer Support to arrange the return.

Kindly note that the customer is solely responsible for any shipping or other charges that might incur during returning of his item back to us.

I have receive a damaged item? What I can do?

 

Under rare circumstances which we can’t control you might have received damaged item. Please do not hesitate to reach out to contact our Customer Support team and they will help resolve the issue as soon as possible. See more warranty information on our FAQ page.

 

How long does it take to process my return?

 
As soon as we receive your return in our warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund your original payment. Kindly note that refunds can take up to 7 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
 
Also kindly note that returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping. After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your card.
 

I need to change something on my order or cancel it.

 

If you need to change the details of your order or cancel it for any reason, kindly immediately contact us. Unless you do this in a timely manner, once the order is and sent out for delivery, we won’t be able to modify, stop or cancel it on time according to your requirements.
