When will my order ship?

As soon as we confirm your payment which can take up to 24 hours, we need additional 24-48 hours to prepare, process and send your order out for delivery. Please note that this does not include weekends and/or holidays. All orders made after 9 am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am PST on a Friday, we will likely be shipping your order out on the following Monday.

Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?


If you your delivery address is within the European Union (EU), additional taxes and duties are not applied.
If your delivery address is outside European Union (EU), your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which might be imposed by the customs officials of your country.
As each country has its own regulations, please check with your customs before placing order about the exact amount.

Usually duties and taxes fees are about 20% of the price of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country.

Please note that we cannot control that and we are and will not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package by your local customs, duty or other authorities. It is customers responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Also kindly note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

How are taxes and duties calculated?

As the customer, you are liable and responsible to cover all import duties, customs and taxes that might be imposed by your local customs officials. I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?


If you need to change the details of your order or cancel it for any reason, kindly immediately contact us. Otherwise once the order is and sent out for delivery we won’t be able to modify it or stop it according to your requirements.


My order status says “Unfulfilled”. What does that mean?


“Unfulfilled” means that we received your order! Once your order is shipped and set out of delivery, you’ll be receiving your personal tracking number and you will notice that the status of your order will be updated to “Fulfilled.”


Why was my order canceled?

If your order was cancelled for any reason, there is a great chance are that our fraud  prevention filter marked your order as suspicious. If you are certain that that is not true, please contact us for alternative methods of payment.
